Join our guides for a winter wonderland trek as you snowshoe to different Stowe, Vermont destinations in search of your adventure. Experience a glittery starry night at the top of Smugglers Notch. Bask in the glow of the moon on open terrain. Hunt for a frozen waterfall buried in the forest. All tours average 2 hours in length and include Hot Apple Cider or Hot Cocoa. Morning, afternoon, evening, and private tours are available. When: Morning, afternoon, and evening tours are offered. Check the Fitness & Activities Schedule for times and destinations.
Information boards are located at the Alpine Concierge Desk, Front Four Lobby, and above the stairs leading to the pool.

Family Exploration Snowshoe Tour

Spruce Snow Shoe Tour

This beautifully wooded, 90 minute snowshoe tour explores the Spruce Loop, the Three Bridge Run and the Old Camp Ramble trail.
Just Leave Tracks Snowshoe Tour

Learn about the environment in and outside of Stowe Mountain Lodge on this informative tour on the brand new Spruce Loop trail.
Bingham Falls Snowshoe Tour

Snowshoe out to where you can view an epic 25 foot plunge waterfall. 24 hour advanced registration required.
Starlight Snowshoe & Yurt Dinner

Experience the magic of the Mansfield State Forest on a guided snowshoe tour lit only by the stars and headlamp. As you emerge from the forest, you will be greeted by a warm fire outside an elegantly rustic yurt where dinner awaits.
