There are spas in every city, but there is only one Wellness Center at Stowe Mountain Lodge. Dedicated to cultivating the relationship between living habits and health this expansive 21,000 square-foot facility is resplendent with a full-service fitness center, outdoor swimming pool with indoor access, jacuzzis, a relaxation lounge and 18 private treatment rooms. More than a mere one-day respite from civilization, the Wellness Center at Stowe Mountain Lodge is actually designed to assist guests with lifestyle management skills to transform the way they eat and exercise.
The fitness center, heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzis are complementary to our lodge guests during their stay. Changing rooms and restrooms are provided on the pool level to accommodate our guests.
In order to maintain the integrity of the spa - providing a tranquil and peaceful environment - there is a charge of $25 per day per lodge guest to utilize the spa locker rooms and Healing Lodge - a treatment in itself. This fee is waived if the guest is receiving a spa service for that day. Lodge guests must be 15 years of age or older to access the fitness center and Healing Lodges.
