Solstice
Solstice, Stowe Mountain Lodge's signature restaurant, offers Vermont artisan-inspired cuisine in an elegant and relaxed setting. Enjoy views from every direction – an open kitchen and interactive chef station tantalizes the senses, and a wall of windows overlooking Spruce Peak mountain offers an exhilarating background for every meal. Solstice aims to connect our guests with the bounty of Vermont. Through a sampling of sustainably-grown produce, artisan cheeses and all-natural meats, Solstice only serves the best of what is in season. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily. Four- and seven-course tasting menus are offered for dinner, along with à la carte options. Choose a rare wine to complement your meal from our selection of boutique and hard-to-find bottles, or allow our sommelier to help you find the perfect pairing. Outdoor dining is available during summer months, and a private dining room that accommodates up to 16 guests is available year-round. Reservations are strongly recommended. Hourglass
Named for one of Stowe's most venerated backcountry ski trails, Hourglass bar serves regional microbrews, signature cocktails and rare wines by the glass. The Hourglass lounge menu offers a mix of contemporary and classic world-inspired dishes, and our extraordinary wine cellar offers hard-to-find bottles from small-production vineyards throughout the world. Enjoy our unique Hourglass Ale. This gorgeous amber body ale is brewed locally and exclusively for Stowe Mountain Lodge. The well balanced combination of hops and malt flavors will pleasure your palette to levels than can only be experienced at 1500 feet above sea level. Hourglass is truly Stowe's most highly-coveted après-ski and après-golf experience.

Aqua Pool Bar
Enjoy Stowe's most magnificent view of Mt. Mansfield while lounging at Aqua Pool Bar. Our menu offers a variety of mixed drinks and poolside favorites to satisfy guests of all ages.

Cliff House Restaurant
Nestled on top of Vermont's highest peak, Stowe Mountain Resort's chefs proudly celebrate the seasonal harvest of fresh, local ingredients. We partner with family farms and artesian food producers to create a truly unique, rustic and memorable style of regional American cooking. Featuring local craft beer, tantalizing summer cocktails, boutique wine list, stunning views and deck seating.
