The Front Four Private Residences at Stowe Mountain Lodge are situated on the top three floors of the Lodge. The Front Four is a private residence club offering 34 shared ownership residences in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations.
Stowe Mountain Lodge and the Front Four Private Residences are the centerpieces of Spruce Peak at Stowe, a resort and residential community located at the base of Spruce Peak and Mt. Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak. The community, which continues to gain recognition as a model for sustainable development and environmental protection, energizes the legendary town of Stowe, Vermont. In addition to the main lodge and Front Four Private Residences, a limited number of ski-in/ski-out Mountain Cabins and home sites are also available for purchase.
Front Four residents purchase one-eighth deeded, fractional interest in a residence, which entitles owners to flexible and generous access throughout the year. Two weeks of winter usage, and two weeks of summer usage are guaranteed. An unlimited number of year-round visits are allowed, dependent upon availability.
Each of the Front Four residences is handsomely furnished in a modern alpine aesthetic with a contemporary twist on the Adirondack style. Rich aged leathers, luxurious sky blue velvets and hand-selected natural materials line the interior furnishings, with an inspired art collection from local Vermont artists adding a unique New England feel to the new property. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the snow capped mountains of Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak during winter and lush greenery in the summer, making the guests of the Front Four feel like a part of the natural Vermont landscape. Cathedral ceilings, granite countertops and stone flooring add to the luxury of the Front Four furnishings. Each unit also includes:

Owners of Front Four Private Residences at Stowe Mountain Lodge are granted full access to world-class amenities offered by the luxurious Stowe Mountain Lodge, with the privacy and exclusivity of their very own residence on the mountain. Upon arrival, owners are led by private elevator to a private check-in and owners-only lounge, introduced to their personal concierge, offered a variety of complimentary beverages, and then whisked to their residence. Valet service, room service, twice-daily housekeeping, priority dinner reservations, daily continental breakfast, wine and cheese tasting and child care services are among the privileges of ownership at Front Four. Another highlight is the Stowe Mountain Club Platinum membership, while in residence, which includes a pair of daily lift tickets, unlimited golf and priority dining reservations at the Cliff House restaurant.

Golf: Designed by Bob Cupp, the 18-hole, par 72 Stowe Mountain Club Golf Course is the first in Vermont to achieve Audubon International Signature Sanctuary certification. The course spans 6,400 yards and is built into the mountainside, winding gently around a sparkling lake. A true natural mountain course, all 18 holes are surrounded by 2,000 acres of protected land.
Alpine: The Front Four Residences at Stowe Mountain Lodge are situated in the heart of Stowe Mountain Resort, where skiing and snowboarding are considered among the best on the East Coast. Stowe Mountain Resort boasts 485 skiable acres inclusive of 39 total miles of skiing and 116 different trails. Atmosphere: Stowe Mountain Lodge’s takeaway shop offers coffee and tea, local artisan snacks and groceries, locally made crafts and home goods, as well as other convenient amenities for guests on the go.
Aqua Pool Bar: A fresh, light dining menu is available for poolside enjoyment during the summer season, offering a selection of gourmet fare with refreshing cocktails and beverages.
