Spinning
A non-impact individually paced, non-competitive group training system for ALL fitness levels! It's as easy and fun as riding a bike and guaranteed to be a great ride. Choose from endurance, interval, strength and race day rides.

Spin & Sculpt
This is a great way to get your daily recommended cardio and strength training requirements in 60 minutes! The first half of the class targets your cardio needs by cycling and the rest of the time you will be strengthening your muscles.

Pilates Mat Class
Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels. This class enhances the fundamentals of core strengthening exercises (stomach/back) and stabilization, focusing on long lean muscle development using strength moves & flexibility components.

Boot Camp
An interval circuit class using steps, weights, tubing, and props in conjunction with plyometrics and calisthenics. This class will improve muscle strength and cardio endurance.

Zumba
Spice up your workout with this class that fuses Latin and international music with easy to follow dance steps. While you find the beat you'll be maximizing your caloric output, burning fat, and toning your whole body. Zumba is easy and fun to do and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Restorative Yoga
The perfect activity après ski or hike this form of yoga will leave you completely relaxed. Let our yogi gently guide you through this one hour ritual that involves yoga postures supported by cushions and blankets. Sign up early as there is a limit of 6 participants per class.

Hatha Yoga
This class consists of slow stretches combined with deep, regulated breathing. A great class for a beginner it promotes relaxation, flexibility and mental clarity.

A great, express class, that focuses on the core area to strengthen and tone your abdominals and lower back!

Body Sculpt
This class will give participants a total body toning session! Using various equipment, including weights, bands, medicine balls, and stability balls. Come get firm from head to toe and rev up that metabolism throughout the day!

Flexibility 101
A gentle stretching session that improves circulation and flexibility and reduces risk for injury. This is perfect for you to get ready for an active day or to loosen up after playing hard.

Mountain Meditation
You have invested time for yourself to recharge at Mount Mansfield. Now take the time to completely unplug and quiet your mind while you are guided into a blissful meditative state. Class will occur outside when weather allows.

All one-on-one services can be purchased as a single session, 3-, 6- or 12-pack. The versatility of these packages allows you to mix and match the trainings you receive and sample everything from personal trainings to Pilates. Are you escaping to Stowe Mountain Lodge again in a few months? By purchase a pack, you have the flexibility to use some services now and some upon your return.
