Tour De Stowe
Sunday, January 19th
12:30 - 4:00pm
The Stowe Tour de Snow is designed to showcase the best of what Stowe has to offer winter visitors, locals and neighbors alike. Held on "FIS World Snow Day", and on Martin Luther King Sunday annually, families and friends ski, walk, snowshoe or run on the 5.3 mile Stowe Recreation Path.
This year, the Tour will have more of a "Fair-like" feel as all of the activities will be regrouped into two fields, both easily accessible for participants of all sizes and ability. The Vermont Ski and Snowboard Museum is stepping up to the plate and will run a "Vintage Cross-Country Ski Race" simultaneously to the event. This way, those eager to ski the entire lenght of the Rec Path will be able to, as well as take part in all the games and activities.
