The Great Outdoors - Authentic Vermont fireside sportsmen's dinner featuring grilled trout, T-bone steaks, Misty Knoll Farms organic chicken, grilled in the husk corn on the cob, apple cranberry pan cobbler, and more.  Enjoy s'mores, the surrounding nature, and authentic picnic tables.

Vermont Pig Roasts - Local suckling pigs, local beef brisket, marinated chicken, Vermont local farm-to-table foods, and sweets for a fireside, rustic, Vermont experience.

Interactive Farm-to-Table Stations - Cheesemakers, Farmers, and local artisans present the ultimate market place with seared tenderloins, fresh vegetables and customized food interactive designs.

New England Clam Bakes - Whole Maine Lobster, St. Georges Bank oysters, clams, mussels, Johah crab cakes for the true New England clam bake.

Food & Wine Grand Tastings - For a more formal occasion, enjoy gourmet culinary delights with wine pairings, to accompany international cuisine or regional favorites. 

Dinner & Theatre Events - A haute event entails an evening with the stars and your own entertainment at the new Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center.
