Aqua (seasonal)
Open seasonally during the summer and conveniently located on the pool deck, Aqua pool bar offers flavorful light fare from sandwiches and wraps to blended cocktails and fresh fruit smoothies. Guests are invited to enjoy light snacks, relaxed lunch options and cool beverages while lounging around the heated pool or indulging in one of two oversized, outdoor jacuzzi spas. With options for guests of all ages, Aqua pool bar brings a touch of effortless, refreshing service to the lively poolside setting.
In-Room Dining
The spacious and luxurious appointed accommodations at Stowe Mountain Lodge lend itself well to dining in-room. Executive Chef Cody Vasek's comprehensive menu features the same farm-to-table concept and locally sourced ingredients offered in Solstice and Hourglass. Guests are able to enjoy in-room dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Cliff House
Distinctively situated atop the Gondola on Mount Mansfield, the Cliff House has spectacular panoramic view seating with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding alpine peaks. From our exhibition kitchen, Executive Chef Matt Reeve serves up award-winning regional American cuisine with a rustic Vermont flair. Our commitment to using the freshest seasonal and artisan ingredients can be tasted in every mouthwatering dish and our hand-selected wine list and tantalizing cocktails will complement any meal. On select Saturday evenings, the Cliff House offers the famous "Summit Series" dinners featuring a Gondola ride and candlelit six-course meal. Wine pairings are also available. The Cottage at Stowe Mountain Golf Course
This charming post and beam cottage is one of Stowe most popular dining experiences. Located at the edge of the breathtaking Stowe Mountain Golf Course, Stowe Mountain Lodge's private, 18-hole, Bob-Cupp designed golf course, the Cottage is offers indoor and patio seating with sweeping views of the world-class course and Mount Mansfield. Chef Jamie Nelson blends his signature European bistro style with modern American classics. Serving lunch daily and dinner on Friday and Saturday evening only. Great Room Grill (seasonal)
Located within the Spruce Peak Base Lodge and open during the winter season, the Great Room Grill features four cooking stations where chefs prepare gourmet breakfast, lunch and après-ski fare. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the walls of the rotunda overlooking the slopes on the face of Spruce Peak. The Great Room Grill hosts live music and entertainment, dedicated bar with flat-screen TVs and stone framed fire place.
