If you love the outdoors as much as I do and you don’t want to abandon your workout, join me for Yogalates in the Enchanted Forest Saturdays at 11:00am. If you are looking for more of a calorie burning class, guests of Stowe Mountain Lodge can continue their cardio workout with Cardio Stowe-Ga.
Created from the idea of “Hiking Yoga,” which is popular in New York and San Francisco, Cardio Stowe-Ga utilizes the Spruce Loop Trail with stops for yoga along the way. Of course, we still offer Yoga in our fitness studio (look for class times and descriptions on the Fitness Schedule.) But with winter on the way, make sure you are prepared for the slopes before the season begins.
Yoga is a great compliment to any ski conditioning workout. Whether you are a yoga enthusiast or not, look for Stowe-Ga on Spruce Peak near the message board for some pre-ski stretching this winter ski season!
