Cooper Lifestyle Assessment
How well are you? Be guided through an online lifestyle inventory and receive your own Personal Wellness Profile (PWP). Prior to completing the inventory our specialists will assess your current height and weight, resting pulse, blood pressure, and total cholesterol profile to ensure that your PWP includes your most current health status. You will leave this session with an understanding of your top three opportunities to change, which opportunities your are most ready to change, and our recommendations to improve your wellness score. NOTE: This service involves a finger prick and fasting tests. For this reason it will be scheduled for participants during morning hours.

Cooper Fitness Assessment
How fit are you? Cooper Wellness specialists will answer this question by assessing your functional movement to establish a baseline from which you can improve. This assessment gathers the information necessary to help you and a personal fitness coach set parameters for your individualized exercise prescriptions. NOTE: Please wear a t-shirt and shorts.

Cooper Comprehensive Assessment
Knowledge is power...this assessment includes all services from both the Cooper Lifestyle Assessment and the Cooper Fitness Assessment. You will not only "know your numbers," but also your fitness level. Armed with this information our specialists will partner with you to create a prioritized plan to help you take your first step towards improving your wellness score and reaching your fitness goals. Cooper Body Composition Analysis
What are you made of? While you might know how much you weigh the number on the scale is not always an accurate reflection of your health. This assessment will determine what percent of your body mass is composed of fat versus lean muscle tissue and what impact your composition has on your health. Using your body fat percentage our specialist will provide you with a long term action plan designed with your lifestyle and body composition goals in mind. NOTE: Please wear a t-shirt and shorts.

Cooper Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis
How many calories do you need to just exist? Stop guessing about whether you have a" slow" or "fast" metabolism. Take a 10 minute breath test to determine how much energy you need to maintain vital functions (heart rate, brain function, breathing) while at rest. Knowing your actual resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the first step in determining how many calories you need to consume to lose, gain or maintain weight. NOTE: This is a fasting test and will be scheduled for participants during morning hours.
